Description: The Klur family has farmed grapes in Alsace since the 17th century. Today, Elisa Klur is at the helm having taken over from her father, Clement. He had been instrumental in establishing organic and biodynamic practices in their vineyards around the town of Katzenhal in 1997. They are now certified organic and biodynamic by Demeter. In 2019, Elisa officially took over from her father, and renamed the estate Tack & Glou.
