His son transformed the buildings into a magnificent Château, completed in 1678, with a vineyard surrounding the Estate. Nicknamed- ‘The Versailles of Burgundy’, the Château was even envied by King Louis XIV himself. In 1998 it was purchased by Hervé Kerlann, "A wine trotter" from Brittany and his wife Mandy fell in love with the history of the chateau.
The wine color is pale straw with a very light pinkish hue. On the nose and on the palate the wine expresses notes of acacia wood and crisp mineral tones upfront. On the mid-palate the wine reveals melon and citrus lime with the soft mineral undertone. Displaying a long finish of artichoke and acacia flower.
