Domaine Coillot was established in the village of Marsanny in the 1960's by Bernard Coillot, father of current owner Christophe Coillet. Christophe's philosophy is to make terroir-driven wines as naturally as possible, with the least amount of intervention in the vineyard.
The aroma is dense with rich, lush fruit and notes of evergreen and conifer; the palate shows red fruit and has a long, persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Braised or roasted beef, beef Bourgogne, duck, lamb, salmon, olive dishes, roasted squash, etc.
