Grape: 100% Chardonnay Region: USA> California> Carneros. Notes: Barrel fermented 6 months on lees. Description: Owned by Michael Sebastiani of the same family who has been rooted in Sonoma County since the early 1900's. The wine exhibits very balanced tones of buttercream and straw. The palate is round with notes of baked apples, oak, and buttercream. The wine finishes with notes of lemon-citrus. Food Pairings: Almond, Avocado, butter sauce, chicken, crab, fish, lobster, ginger, etc.
