Description: With 117 years of winemaking tradition, Enjingi Winery has persevered through tumultuous times to produce high quality, prestigious wines from the continental wine-growing region of Croatia. The 2012 Rizling is a well-balanced, medium-bodied wine with refreshing acidity. A musky nose leads into concentrated fruit & honey notes on the palate, a silky texture and a pleasant, slightly bitter finish. Organically grown and produced, fermented with natural native yeast in stainless steel tanks, then aged in Slavonian oak. FOOD PAIRING: Tandoori meats, baked clams, Pecorino Romano cheese, artichoke hearts, game meat, etc.
