Description: More than three quarters of the estate has been preserved as a natural habitat. Practicing sustainable farming with second-generation vintner, John Jordan. Tom and Sally Jordan established Jordan Vineyard & Winery in 1972 when not many wineries were present in the Sonoma/ Napa valley landscape. The Cabernet Sauvignon was modeled after the first Growth Bordeaux and has been considered one of Sonoma’s best for 40 years. Every vintage of Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted with a focus on striking a perfect balance between beautiful fruit, silky tannins and a lingering finish. It is this delicate balance—all done by taste—that allows for the gradual, graceful evolution of Jordan’s Cabernet Sauvignon in the bottle.
