Description: Dominique Ay represents the 5th generation of his family to have held the reins at this marvellous domaine, the vineyards of which are located near the entrance to the village of Gigondas. Vivid ruby red. Spice accented red and dark berries on the highly perfumed nose. Excellent clarity and lift in the mouth, offering juicy raspberry, bitter cherry, and lavender pastille flavors that deepen with aeration. Rich yet vibrant, showing strong closing thrust, fine-grained tannins and resonating mineral and floral notes.
