Description: Since its creation, the Haut Selve vineyard has benefited from a sustainable wine policy that respects the environment. In 2018, this approach was crowned by the simultaneous receipt of HVE3 and Terravitis certifications. Château Haut Selve came into existence at the dawn of the 21st century. Its motto, “Non Nova Sed Nove” (With the present, make and build for the future), illustrates the presiding passion of the owners, Arnaud and Denis Lesgourgues. A classic Graves Bordeaux...rich, wet stone and soft mineral character. Very good acidity with balanced alcohol and perfect for food or alone in a glass.
