Decription: Originally a sake producer, the White Oak distillery obtained their whisky license in 1919. The distillery is located in the city of Akashi in the neighborhood of Eigashima on the shore of Seto inland sea just west of Kobe, an area with a mild, stable climate. The whiskey is distilled from slightly peated barley and aged for an undisclosed amount of time in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV. 750ml
