Description: This project was born from the friendship between Norberto Páez and Sebastián Bisole. These two agricultural engineers and winemakers started this adventure of creating their own wine inspired by ancient methods and driven by the passion and strength coming from their souls. Cloudy appearance with a light amber color. When first opened, the wine seems a bit closed and tannic. Once the wine is aerated, aromas of kiwi, guava, and a touch of oxidation. On the palate the wine reveals tart citrus, stone fruit and a soft mineral tone.
