Description: Jeremy Borg has a long history as a winemaker. He is a minimalist and appreciates the term “garage wines”. Currently sourcing grapes from his partner in Kasteelsig, these wines are serious. An elegant and balanced wine packed with blueberry and mulberry fruit character. Exotic spices and creamy vanilla is intertwined with the polished tannins.
Food pairings: Does well with exotic flavors, cumin, grilled meats, roasted beef, pork belly, osso bucco, mushroom dishes, etc.
