Description: Spring Street Winery is a label under the Vinum Cellars umbrella. Vinum Cellars was founded in 1997 by first generation, California family winemakers Richard Bruno and Chris Condos in Napa Valley. Their focus remains searching California’s coastal vineyards and special micro-climates in search of the best vineyards grown by the states best growers. The long-term partners consider their humble roots in the development of products and mandate that each wine offer considerable high quality-to-price ratio. The Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon comes from growers from four sub-districts within Paso Robles: Adelaida, Templeton Gap, Creston, and Santa Margarita Ranch. The color of this fine Cabernet is medium plum with brick red edges. The aromas are deep with supple bing cherry and dried cherry notes and backed by integrated vanilla and toasted oak. The palate enters with silky tannins and is wrapped generously with ripe cherry and cassis. The palate is multi-layered with cherry and boysenberry with layers of integrated French oak tannins.
