The Lapostolle Grand Selection is sourced from the Rapel Valley, located in the central part of Chile, including the sub valleys of Cachapoal and Colchagua. This wine is super-solid for the price. Deep purple color with pleasant aromas of mullberry, black plum, spice, and violets. The palate reveals slightly gripping tannins and a touch of glycerine upfront. Black cherry, plum, and a touch of loam on the mid-palate. This is a great value wine that will hold for a few days after opening.
