Description: Dr. Joseph Grizzanti (aka “Doc”) co-owns and founded Warwick Valley Winery in 1994. Recognizing the Hudson Valley’s limitations for growing grapes, as well as the abundant apple crop that existed on the winery farm, he focused efforts on making hard cider. Thus, Doc’s Draft Hard Cider was born. By 2001, Warwick Valley Winery started a craft spirits distillery and with the abundance of grapes growing in Hudson Valley, Warwick Valley Winery decided to make an all-natural Sangria made with freshly squeezed fruit juices and minimal sulfites. Please refrigerate after opening (approximately 7 day lifespan).
