Description: 7-20-year-old vines grow near the Atlantic in soil composed of granite, clay and sand. Grapes are harvested by hand and transported to the winery in boxes of 18 kgs, making for less than 2 hours from collection to processing. Microfiltration occurs immediately before bottling to ensure the microbiological stability of the wine. This clear and bright wine is lemon green in color, with golden hues. On the nose, this wine shows aromas of peach, Bartlett pear and jalapeño. The crisp palate has integrated acidity with notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, flint and orange blossom, with stony minerality. This is a crisp, harmonious wine has a fresh, clean finish with soft floral notes.
