Description: Founded by Antonio Cajide, the son of winemakers, Adega Antonio Cajide aims to recover ancestral methods, age old vineyards and native grape varietals. Home to an oceanic-Mediterranean climate characterized by wet conditions and warm temperatures, the winery is set high above the sea, where mountains offer natural protection from storms. This unique blend of indigenous grapes goes through cold maceration and rests on its lees, creating a fresh, creamy wine with structure. Aromas of white stone fruit, floral notes, fennel and cut grass. The palate is fruity, balanced with good acidity and citrus notes on the persistent finish.
