Description: Chateau Les Pins was built at the beginning of the 20th century in Riversaltes (an appellation for the historic sweet wines of eastern Roussillon, in the deep south of France). Currently, it is one of the most famous cultural places in the Roussillon region. Rich, deep, full body, sweet red – similar to Port wines - with intense notes of red fruits (blackberry). Grenache is a red-wine grape grown extensively in France, Spain, Australia and the United States. It is particularly versatile both in the vineyard and the winery, which may explain why it is one of the most widely distributed grapes in the world. Best served chilled.
