Description: Every effort is made to make a beautiful, rich Chardonnay that retains it acidity and granny smith apple character. This is a beautiful medium to full-bodied Chardonnay with a velvet texture with a solid backbone of acidity to add a lift. The vineyards are owned by Jean-Marc and Eliane Lafage near the Mediterranean sea which helps make this wine a complex Chardonnay with good mineral tone, fruit, while keeping a dry finish. This is just a lovely everyday wine that can compliment a bevy of foods or just by itself.
