Description: Bodegas Herrero makes organic wine with indigenous yeast. The Verdejo is made with old vines (ungrafted) on limestone and sand soil. This produces wines that show good nerve and lemon zest. Lovely balance of acid and alcohol with a long finish. Fresh, aromatic, and true to the varietal's pure character.
