DELIVERY 

Important note: You must be 21 years of age or older with a valid ID to order and receive alcohol.

  • Store Pickup (Free!):
    • Order online or by phone and then swing by the store to pick up your wine at your convenience. No minimum order.
  • Neighborhood Delivery:
    • Minimum order: $30 (before tax)
    • Delivery fee: $5 (Free for orders over $250 - stock up and save!)
    • Delivery zone: North of W 86th St. South of W 145th St. West of Fifth Ave. East of Columbus Ave (W 86th St to W 110th St), Morningside Park (W 110th St to W 125 St), Saint Nicholas Ave (W 125th St to W 145th St). Call us to see if we deliver to your specific area.
    • Speedy service: Order by 1 pm and get your wine the same day by 8pm!
    • Special requests: Need your wine delivered at a specific time within a 2-hour window between 1pm and 8pm, or have a buzzer code or specific delivery instructions? No problem! Just let us know in the "COMMENT" section at checkout or call us at (212) 222-4866.
    • Missed delivery: We understand things come up. There's a $5 fee to re-deliver your order.
  • Manhattan Delivery:
    • No minimum order.
    • Delivery fee: $20 (Free for orders over $450)
    • Delivery days: We deliver wine to your Manhattan doorstep seven days a week.
    • Fast delivery: Order by 4 pm and get your wine the next day! We also offer same-day delivery in some cases - call to inquire about availability.
    • Delivery window: Specify your preferred delivery time within a 3-hour window between 1pm and 8pm at checkout. Special instructions like buzzer codes or alternative delivery locations can be noted in the "COMMENT" section at checkout or call us at (212) 222-4866.
    • Missed delivery: A $20 fee applies for re-delivery.
  • Bronx, Queens & Brooklyn Delivery:
    • No minimum order.
    • Best option is UPS shipping. Pricing is reasonable, will usually arrive next day if order is received before 2 pm.
    • Delivery: Same-day delivery may be available in some areas. Call us to inquire about details and pricing.

  

SHIPPING

We use FedEx and UPS to ensure your wine arrive safely. Choose your preferred shipping option at checkout. Orders typically ship within 24 hours. Important note: You must be 21 years of age or older with a valid ID to order and receive alcohol.

  • Shipping Within The USA:
    • Restrictions: Due to state laws, we can only ship wine to these states: Alaska, California,Connecticut, D.C., Florida, Louisiana, Nebraska, New York, North Dakota, New Mexico, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming. Contact us if you live in another state and have any questions.
  • International Shipping:
    • Currently, we don't offer wine shipping outside the United States.

 

EXCHANGE  (No Refunds)

If you happen to receive a bottle of wine that's not quite right, we're happy to exchange it! New York State Law requires us (The Winery) to taste the product to make sure it is faulty. However, we cannot offer cash or credit card refunds.

Here's how to exchange your wine:

  • Bring your receipt (if you have an account, don't worry about a receipt), the original bottle (with some wine left inside), and the cork to our store within 7 days of purchase.
  • Our friendly staff will help you choose a replacement wine of equal value or provide you with store credit.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If you cancel your order after it's already been shipped, there's a 15% restocking fee (minimum $25).
