Description: In 1998, Marinko Rodica decided to start a new life as a winemaker. 10 years later, Rodica family winery had 60,000 vines all certified organic. The nose offers herbaceous aromas of hay and forest floor, red berries, and spice. This is a medium-bodied wine with balanced acid/ alcohol and a juicy core of spicy fruit, soft mineral, and velvety tannins. Please allow this wine to decant for approximately 30 minutes so the bouquet can open.
Food pairings: pulled pork, smoked brisket, grilled meats, gumbo, Asian cuisine, and bbq sauce, etc.
