Description: Canella is a historical family-owned producer of sparkling wines. Since 1988 they have been producing Bellini and many other fruit-based cocktails, including the Bellini. 30 years of research and development lead to their current production method. Elegant aromas of white peach and hints of white flowers, giving Bellini a fresh and fruity character. The ripe white peach sweetness is balanced by the effervescent freshness of the sparkling wine.
