Description: The Randi family has been putting all its energies into wine for a couple of centuries already. In the late 1800s, Luigi Randi, Massimo’s great grandfather, started cultivating grapes for sale. Then at the end of the Second World War, the estate started to produce and distribute its own wines.
The grape “Uve Famoso” was recognized and authorized by the Consortium the Bagnacavallo in 6/15/2009 as an indigenous white grape varietal of the Ravenna plain, in Emilia Romagna, and registered as Rambëla. Il Ramba shows the smooth and nuanced pleasure that a well made natural sparkling wine can deliver. Intense straw yellow, with persistent and veiled mature perlage. a strong aromatic nose reminiscent of green apple, sage and elderberry. to the taste it shows intensity and character with a bitter, fresh and persistent finish.
