Description: The Foundry was established after Chris Williams studied under Meerlust estate in South Africa and Michel Rolland in Bordeaux. This is a well crafted wine using Roussanne, which is a high-quality varietal from the Rhone valley, France. Roussanne is rare in South Africa but the weathered granite soil in Helderberg creates an excellent source for Roussanne to thrive.
