Description: Agraria Moretti Omero is owned and run by Omero Moretti. In 1992, the estate adopted organic viticulture and recently Omero's daughter, Giusi Moretti has become the head winemaker. It was the second winery in Umbria to be certified organic. Beautiful yellow-straw color, aromas of fresh hay, lemongrass, and quince. On the palate, good bright acidity with expressions of lemon zest and quartz up front. The mid-palate reveals a touch of bitter herb, green olive, and sea salt.
