Description: Francesco Mariani believes in minimal-intervention, lucky for him the grapes and vineyards are in pristine condition. As long as he takes care of the land, the grapes will take care of the wine. The wine displays shades of rusty, pale-copper tones. Aromas of hydrangea flower, orange blossom, and a undertone of yeast. On the palate the wine displays good gripping tannins (medium) that will create a dry texture. Lots of orange blossom and wheat beer character. Nice balance of acid/ alcohol.
