Description: Wild Nature is a project of the Fidora family who has farmed grapes organically since 1974. The first estate to be certified in the Veneto and have been farming organically for 50 years. The newest generation, Emilio Fidora, has adopted Biodynamic farming in 2015 and was certified in 2020. The estate makes all of their own Biodynamic preparations and this approach mirrors their commitment to biodiversity on their estate (hence all their labels displaying the animals that are seen on their farmland). The wine displays shades of burgundy with clarity at the center. Aromas of wild raspberries, bay leaves, and tarragon. This is a light-bodied wine with a juicy core of black plum, sweet herbs (tarragon, bay leaves, and sage), and soft integrated tannins.
