Description: Masari was born in 1998 when Massimo Dai Lago, educated in winemaking, and Arianna Tessari, raised in a family of winegrowers in the Soave Classico area, determined to recover the history and viticulture of Valle d’Agno. Located in an intact ecosystem among woods, vines grow in volcanic soil on terraces supported by thick dry-stone walls. Mineral, fragrant and captivating, this creamy, crispy wine has a bright yellow color. Floral notes, citrus fruits and hints of herbs give this rich wine freshness. Ageing will reveal interesting mineral notes.
Food Pairing: Cajun cuisine, Tex-Mex (cilantro), roast pork, duck or goose, seafood, Thai food, salmon, tuna, etc.
