Description: This complex and elegant red blend comes from an estate owned vineyard with soil rich in limestone. Grapes are hand-harvested and destemmed. After natural fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of twelve months. This wine displays bursts of cherry, red berries, hints of spice and floral nuances. The palate is smooth with a warm hint of vanilla and structure that makes it delicious with or without food.
