Description: The family estate was established in 1930 and takes its name from a wild, aromatic Mediterranean herb called “La Patience” that can be found throughout the vineyards. Christophe has more than 40 years of vineyard work under his belt – before taking over the family domain in 1998. His arrival at La Patience was a huge turning point, converting the domain to organic in 2007. The wine is all about the fruit, dominated by aromas of black cherry and hints of musk and fauna. The palate is medium-bodied with a velvety texture and lots of tart black cherry fruit and a touch of animal musk.
