Description: The originator of Cava wines, a family estate since 1497, Raventos produces one of the best examples of sparkling wines today. They chose to distinguish themselves from the Cava appellation, due to lack of quality, and began their own: Conca Del Riu Anoia. The pretty pink hue is from the Monastrell varietal, which also adds complexity. All grapes come from estate-owned, bio-dynamically farmed vineyards in the Anoia River valley.
“De Nit” means “Of the Night” in Catalan.
The palate expresses notes of dehydrated wild strawberry, while the fine perlage cascades swiftly from your glass to your senses!
Bright, bone dry and elegant, this Cava is a superb example of craftsmanship and quality.
