Description: Clear, pale-straw color. Aromas of star fruit, guava and green fig. Slightly fizzy on the palate, which is normal in all Vinho Verde’s from Portugal. The mid-palate displays lots of mineral and star fruit with a clean finish and is absolutely refreshing. Food Pairing: Goat cheese, light-fare, salads or by itself.
