Description: Beautiful pale rose color with aromas of strawberry, flora, and red currant. Deliciously creamy texture on the palate with subtle expressions of orange citrus, shortbread, and fresh raspberries. Limoux is a small and extremely old wine region within the Languedoc region of southern France. Once upon a time, these wines were extremely popular in France and around the surrounding area. Champagne and Prosecco has taken over the global market for sparkling wine, but it should be of interest to anyone seeking a combination of French finesse and good value.
