Description: Dolcemente’s secret is the blend of the refined character of the Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) with the fruitiness of the indigenous Cesanese grape (30%). Intense purple color, fresh floral aromas with notes of berry and cherry; very smooth tannins and a lovely sweetness on the palate make you want to enjoy this wine slightly chilled. “Vino da Tavola” means literally ‘table wine,’ as distinct from wines from specified geographical locations.
