Description: Can Blau, founded in 2003, is one of the oldest projects of Spain’s superstar winemaker Juan Gil. Here each varietal grows on ideal soils. The vineyards of Garnacha planted on soils of slate, Carignan on clay soils, and Syrah on limestone soils, to bring out the best of each personality. Average age of the vines is 40 years. Deep, rich, and concentrated, aromas of dusty dark fruits. 12 months of maturing in French oak barrels give this delicious red a great balance, soft mouthfeel and long fruity finish.
