Description: Pinot Noir is one of the world's oldest grape varieties and has been produced in Italy since the 1st century AD. This wine is fermented at controlled temperature following cold maceration to preserve its refreshing fruity notes of cherry and red berries. The color is bright ruby and the palate has balanced fruit flavors with hints of cedar and bramble followed by soft tannins. One of few red wines that go very well with seafood.
