Description: Ricardo Carreiro, the owner of Coto de Gomariz continues to be at the forefront of biodynamic farming using only native varieties and non-interventionist winemaking techniques. The wine displays fresh, mineral-accented and orchard fruit aromas. The palate shows a touch of lemon, fennel, and mostly mineral stone with a touch of dried honey on the finish.
