Description: Quita Milu is a personal project of the winemaker German Blanco on a small scale that aspires to produce wines that transmit the location they come from, a small town called La Aguilera. Tempranillo vines are cultivated in a traditional way with utmost respect for their natural environment. Milu is aged min of 6 months in old (neutral) French and American oak casks. Blanco calls this his “house wine”. Please note this wine is all about natural, low-intervention winemaking. Rustic notes of worcestershire, loam, and pomegranate come to mind. Good balanced acid/alcohol structure with hint of spice.
Food Pairing: Braised meats, Peruvian steak, game, lamb, root veggies, hard cheese, etc.
