The wine is so unique, the vineyard is given its own appellation, which is to date the smallest appellation in France. The winemaker Nicolas Joly is known to be the godfather of the Biodynamic movement.
Combination of peach, quince, briny sea water, apricot pit, and an intense sense of terroir. These wines continue to evolve with aeration. Savennires makes some of the most age-defying white wines in the universe.
