Description: Protective technology allows for a very low level of added sulfur, preserving freshness and the preservation of varietal character. Hand harvested to ensure optimal ripeness and complexity. Partial aging on-lees adds a delightful round texture to the wine with grapefruit, and cilantro on the nose. The palate offers good, grapefruit pith, cilantro, and salt toward the finish. Simply put, it’s one of the best Sauvignon Blanc's based on price/quality ratio.
